The launch of real estate ventures

Plaza Mayor and Provence are two residential buildings built by Embraplan Engenharia. Sim Propaganda was responsible for the creation of these two brands who stood out in the real estate market of Piracicaba, both projects were conducted in a close relationship with our client.

In addition to the brands, we’ve created the campaigns’ concepts, all printed materials (a lot of it!), pieces for digital marketing and social media, point-of-sale ads and events, besides the hotsite.

A vast amount of work

The marketing and communication for real estate ventures launches – most of the time – involves a vast amount of work, different audiences (future owners and brokers) and challenging deadlines to be met. It was not different in these cases, and fortunately we did our job well.
