Few days from turning 13 years of history, Sim Propaganda is now carrying out what it considers to be an important movement in its operations: originally based in Piracicaba, it also starts to operate in Ribeirão Preto, two cities in the interior of São Paulo with similar characteristics but different populations. Piracicaba has about 400 thousand inhabitants whilst Ribeirão Preto has about 700 thousand, according to IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics).
For Ivan Romanini – CEO – the release of an agency unit in Ribeirão Preto is the result of a sum of very positive factors. “Since 2008 I come to Ribeirão practically every week, because my wife is from here. I even got married here in the Cathedral, right in downtown, and I can say that I already have good friends in the city ”. The maturity of the advertising market in this region is also an important element, since, for Ivan, it is very stimulating to operate in an environment with agencies, professionals and clients so qualified and structured.
Sim Propaganda already has a client in Ribeirão Preto, the BTJ Group – which operates in the industrial fish segment -, and has also provided services for other businesses in the city. Thiago Torquato Junqueira Franco, one of those responsible for the BTJ Group, reports that the agency’s arrival in Ribeirão Preto is very positive, as it allows a job that has been well done from distance to become even closer, helping to keep the relationship between client and agency.
“The idea is to bring our state of mind and doing things to a new environment, with new partners, but using my experience of 19 years of career added to our structure and the expertise of our team”, said Ivan, who prides itself on building lasting relationships with customers. “We believe that partnership and trust are essential for a good job to be done.
